STARBUCKS CENTER

The Daniels Real Estate team has successfully preserved and renovated some of Seattle’s oldest and most significant historic buildings. It’s no mistake that their office is in Starbucks Center, the former Sears Tower built in 1912.

Renovated by the Daniels team, the building is a nationally recognized example of how to successfully redevelop a large functionally obsolescent warehouse building, while also serving as the catalyst for the revitalization of an entire neighborhood (SODO District).

Starbucks Center is the largest building in the United States to receive LEED Gold status and at just over 2,100,000 sq. ft. on 17 acres of urban industrial land, is a one-of-a-kind mixed-used facility, which blends retail, office, warehousing, manufacturing and distribution functions.
